modeling

Lauren and I are having such a blast doing BFW together!  There's nothing like support from a sister to give you the extra push and help you go above and beyond what you thought was possible.

I probably should have waited until after my hair was styled before I picked out my pose from these style boards.  Sweet wedding poses didn't quite fit with my rocker look. (In case you're wondering, that large ball of hair on the top of my head is all real, and all mine)!

I love the feeling I get when I'm standing in front of the camera, and the photographer and designer are shouting, "Yes! Yes! That's all we need..you're good!"  I would have given anything to stay in front of that camera and pose all day long, but then I probably would have started to look a little egotistical - which is so opposite of who I am.

I have a walking workshop to practice my runway strut at the end of the month and then the BFW festivities will finally begin the second week of February! I can't wait to share with you everything that goes into this event as well as what it's like to just be a goofy (sometimes clumsy) woman that gets the chance to become a high fashion model for a few days!  Oh, the life of a southern marketing specialist can be so glamorous!
