A Nashville Wedding

Emily was one of my best friends growing up.  She has been doing mission trips to China and Thiland, just to name a couple, for a while now and met an amazing man, Jordan, through a program called YWAM in Nashville, TN.

YWAM stands for "youth with a mission."  They are an international volunteer program, and their goal is simply to know God and to make him known to other people throughout the world.

And last Sunday I got to see Emily get married!  Not only was she the most beautiful bride, but the wedding was something out of a fairy tale.

Emily is a very simple person, and her wedding said that about her.  Not everyone needs the big church wedding with the big decorations, big food and big guest list.  She had her wedding at a wonderful, small outdoor place off the beaten path.  It was about 68 degrees and sunny - not a cloud in the sky.

The wedding ceremony and reception took place at the Front Porch Farms which is actually in Charlotte, TN (just 40 miles outside of Nashville).  This is actually the same place that Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert had their wedding.  Check out Emily and Jordan's story here...it's so sweet.

So from here on out I thought I would let the pictures do all the talking...
